Prague Airport (joint stock company Letiště Praha, a. s.), is managed by a five-member Board of Directors headed by the Chief Executive Officer Ing. Miroslav Dvořák. Another four Executive Directors at the highest management echelon are Mgr. Petr Vlasák, Marta Guthová, Ing. Martin Hlava and Ing. Jiří Pos. Petr Vlasák, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, controls Finance and Corporate Services. Marta Guthová is responsible for Non-aviation Operations, Services and Transformation; Martin Halva is the Executive Director in charge of security; Jiří Pos leads the departments of Air Commerce and Operations and Asset Management.

Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Správa Letiště Praha, s.p. on 1st June 2007. Since 1992 till his appointment with Prague Airport, he worked at ČSOB in its highest management echelon; since 2002 as the Executive Director.
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors: Mgr. Petr Vlasák
With Prague Airport since 1st July 2007, currently as the Executive Director in charge of Finance and Corporate Services. Prior his appointment, he worked in various positions within CSOB Group; his last role was the Executive Director of CSOB Private Banking.
Member of the Board of Directors: Marta Guthová
Member of the Board of Directors: Ing. Martin Hlava
Since 1st March 2006, the Head of Security; currently in the position of the Executive Director. He joined Prague Airport on 3rd September 2001 leaving his job with the Czech Foreign and Border Police where he worked as the Chief of Air Marshals.
Member of the Board of Directors: Ing. Jiří Pos
Executive Director responsible for Air Commerce and Operations and Asset Management. Prior his arrival at Prague Airport on 1st July 2006, he spent 20 years at Czech Airlines where he was appointed Vice-president responsible for Ground Operations in 2002.
