Lost and delayed baggage
Prague Airport Handling traces the lost and delayed baggage via the WORLD TRACER system. We will update you and your airline on any progress instantaneously. Delivery of delayed baggage to the place of your stay follows the procedures and instructions of the airline you travelled with. All complaints will be treated with due concern by Prague Airport Customer Service Department.
