How to order the service?
You can reserve check-in at the Citibank Lounge by telephone or e-mail at least 24 hours before the flight. When making a reservation, please state your flight number, destination and time.

- instant private check-in of passengers and baggage without waiting at the counters
- privacy and comfort in a luxurious setting
- discreet and individual security screening
- optional accompaniment by two persons who are not travelling
all inclusive refreshments with a self-service bar (alcohol, soft drinks, snacks)- TV, Wi-Fi, daily press
- check-in one hour before the flight
- 48 hours of free parking at the parking
- for departures to the Schengen area only
