Self-service kiosks or counters only require emails to comply with legislation, not as a basis for registration or other marketing activities.For easier communication, please enter your phone number as well to receive all the necessary information related to your ride. The phone number is only requested from passengers to ensure the smoothest check-in possible, as previous experience shows that email communication often fails, either due to a wrong email address or due to the lack of local passenger data.What are the advantages? If you provide your email address, your tax receipt will be sent to you electronically along with a summary of your trip. This way you can have all the information at hand. Electronic versions also help us to protect the environment. Passengers value mobile phone communication for its seamless functionality and smooth operation. 1. Uber applicationThe fastest way of booking is via the Uber application, which shows you where you are going and how much you will pay for the ride. You will have everything handy on your phone. Payments are accepted in cash or by a card which you connect with the application. Select the Uber Airport product from the menu and you’re good to go. 2. Self-Service KiosksYou can also use self-service kiosks, with a similar user interface as in the application. With this option, payments are only possible by card through the terminal. After payment is completed, you will get a receipt with all the necessary information for your ride. Printed instructions for booking a ride can also be found on the kiosk right next to the monitor. 3. Service Counter with AssistantsIf you need help with your order, we have a counter with staff at each terminal. At the counter, they will tell you all the necessary information and help you order a taxi. There you can pay by card or cash.Opening hours of the counter are daily 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.After ordering a taxi ride, you will receive a six-digit PIN code to share with the driver after boarding the vehicle. Please note that the service cannot be used other than with a pre-ordered ride and the generated PIN code.Areas designed for passenger boarding (Pick-up Points) are located directly in front of the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2. In case of any uncertainties, look for an Uber coordinator or visit the Uber counter in one of the arrival halls.The Pick-up Point is identical for all three methods of ordering the service.Cars are available non-stop directly in front of the arrival halls of both terminals.
