Exchange Interchange - before passport control T1

The exchange services at Prague Airport allow you to exchange money before your departure or after your arrival. The exchange offices are located in the transit and the Arrival or Departure Halls of the Terminal 1 and 2.  To use the service, stop by the exchange counter directly or book the exchange comfortably online.

If you book online and pick up your currency at the airport, the cap for the euro, dollar and pound is only 5% of the CNB midpoint rate.

Rights for customers when exchanging money

• For each transaction up to a maximum of EUR 1,000, customers may cancel the Exchange transaction within 3 hours.
• If the Exchange office kiosk closes before the 3 hour period elapses, the period continues to run when the kiosk re-opens.
• Exchange office kiosks may not chargé any fees of commission for their services.
• Exchange offices are permitted to present only one Exchange rate per currency at a time.
