Mon - Fri: from 8:00 to 20:00
Sat - Sun: from 8:00 to 20:00

Due to operational reasons, both Visitor Centres will be open until 7 pm on 22 May 2024.

The Visitor Centre in the arrival lounge of Terminal 2 offers a wide range of services for all tourists and visitors to Prague:

  • Information about transport
  • Information about accommodation in Prague and its vicinity
  • Sale of tickets for cultural events
  • Sale of tickets for travel to the centre of Prague
  • Sale of train tickets for České dráhy (Czech Railways)
  • Printing of documents (double-sided A4 black and white for CZK 30)
  • Sale of the official Prague Visitor Pass
