Visitor Centre

Due to the ongoing reconstruction of the administrative premises of the Václav Havel Airport Prague in the arrival hall of Terminal 1, the Visitor Centre may be temporarily closed. We will be happy to assist you in our Visitor Centre in the arrival hall of Terminal 2, daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Thank you for your understanding.

The Visitor Centre in the arrival lounge of Terminal 2 offers a wide range of services for all tourists and visitors to Prague:

• Information about transport
• Information about accommodation in Prague and its vicinity
• Sale of tickets for cultural events
• Sale of tickets for travel to the centre of Prague
• Sale of train tickets for České dráhy (Czech Railways)
• Printing of documents (double-sided A4 black and white for CZK 30)
• Sale of the official Prague Visitor Pass
