You will be captivated by, for example, the monumental cathedral of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, which was not completed, but from its tower there is a wonderful view of the city. In ancient times, the Alcazaba, built by Arab builders, protected Malaga from pirate raids. This landmark is definitely worth a visit. The world-famous artist Pablo Picasso was born in Málaga, who also has his own sculpture in the city. You can see his works in two local galleries, one of which is located directly in his birthplace.

From the hustle and bustle of the tourist, you can relax on the beach or in one of the restaurants offering delicious seafood dishes. Sardines are especially typical for Málaga - you can get them baked on the fire and as a symbol you can find them on postcards, magnets and oil paintings by local artists.
