11. 3. 2025According to passenger ratings, Václav Havel Airport Prague is one of the European airports with the highest quality of service. Based on a year-long passenger satisfaction survey, Prague Airport received the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award.“We are delighted with this prestigious yet objective rating. It shows that in comparison with other European airports, passengers feel comfortable at our airport and are satisfied with the level of the services provided. It is also positive feedback for our employees and recognition of their quality work. At the same time, we see this award as a commitment for the coming years to maintain the customer experience at the highest level, even during the planned airport modernisation,” Jiří Pos, Chairman of the Prague Airport Board of Directors, said.In the last year’s ASQ assessment, Prague Airport was included in the reference group of airports with 5 to 15 million handled passengers per year and succeeded in the competition of 36 European airports in the respective category. The award mapping the entire year is based on the overall satisfaction of passengers with Václav Havel Airport Prague. This is one of the parameters which passengers evaluate before departure in the ASQ survey. Along with Prague Airport, airports in Ankara, Izmir, Thessaloniki, Malta, Milan (Linate), and Seville were also awarded in the same category. In the detailed assessments, passengers at Václav Havel Airport Prague particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the waiting time at passport control, and the good price-quality ratio of transport to the airport.The Airport Service Quality assessment is run by the Airports Council International (ACI) association. It is one of the most prestigious global initiatives which focuses on surveying customer satisfaction with services provided at the world’s most prominent airports. The results are published quarterly and represent an important indicator for individual airports on how to design individual passenger services.
