Prague Airport City – Prague Airport and Partners’ Project Offers Extraordinary Experiences for General Public

Literally everyone will find something for themselves. Aviation enthusiasts can watch landings and take-offs from several viewing decks or take a behind-the-scenes tour of the international civil airport. Families with children can enjoy the attractions of the largest indoor amusement park in the Czech Republic – Majaland Prague. Not only those who enjoy history can admire up to 154-million-year-old dinosaur skeletons, life-size models, adventurous virtual reality, or the GeoWorld mineral collection in the Dinosauria Museum Prague. Both places are located in the POP Airport area.

The Šestka shopping centre offers, for example, the unique world of video games, GAME WORLD. Sports enthusiasts will certainly be satisfied with the Gymstory fitness centre, where one can try indoor cycling and the largest indoor obstacle course, or relax in the sauna or "cryo chamber". Shopping spree lovers will enjoy the offer of hundreds of brands at the Šestka shopping centre and the POP Airport outlet.

Prague Airport, in cooperation with POP Airport and the Šestka Shopping Centre, offers discounted admission to children's attractions and experiences for children and adults alike in the proximity of the aircraft. On the website, interested parties can learn what events and activities are scheduled in the area, as well as what services they can use.

The Prague Airport City project will soon be expanded to include other partner collaborations to not only bring benefits to all airport visitors, but to also provide interesting opportunities for entrepreneurs. The wider airport area will thus strengthen its role and become a small city offering interesting job opportunities, services, shopping, and leisure entertainment options.
